Ako se adresa na koju se dostavlja nalazi u zoni Belotehna dostave i ukupna cena porudžbine iznosi više od 3000 din. naši vozači će vam lično isporučiti robu. Pogledajte uslove Belotehna isporuke. Za sve ostale porudžbine dostavu pošiljke vrši kurirska služba u roku od 2 do 5 radnih dana. Trudimo se da kupcima obezbedimo ažurnu i brzu dostavu poručenih proizvoda.

Za sva eventualna fizička oštećenja proizvoda, nedostatke u pakovanju, koje kupac uoči prilikom primopredaje, potrebno je:
- da se obrati licu koje radi isporuku kako bi uneo u zapisnik eventualno uočena oštećenja i
- obavezno da reklamaciju uložiti u prvih 24h od trenutka isporuke, na broj telefona 060 0 615141. U suprotnom nećemo biti u mogućnosti da proizvod prihvatimo nazad.

Isporuke robe se ne vrše subotom i nedeljom.
